Yes, I do accept international orders
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU FOR QUESTIONS, ETC?
You can email me here! Or, if you placed an order, you can reply directly to that "Order Placed" email. I try to respond within 36 hours or less
WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
I ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, and Saturdays, excluding US holidays. I tend to ship orders early morning, before 9AM. Orders received after 9AM will be sent out the next ship day. If there will be a delay in shipping I will notify via email!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Most items are sent via USPS First Class Mail unless noted otherwise
WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
I currently do not offer returns or exchanges from customer mistakes but I can provide replacements from postal mistakes. I do offer refunds/exchanges if I'm the cause of the mistake. If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact/email me!
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax will only be taken if you live in the state of North Carolina
I ORDERED APPAREL AND IT DOESN'T FIT LIKE I WANTED. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Before ordering apparel, please take a look at the size chart on each apparel page and make sure it is the size you are looking for. Because they are made to order, I cannot offer refunds on incorrect sizes made by the customer. However, if you were sent the wrong size (ie: you ordered L but was sent an XL) or there is a quality problem with your order (ie: misaligned printing), please take a quick photo of it and contact me for a refund or replacement c:
