• DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

  UNITED STATES:Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, army bases, US territories

  * Orders under $10USD - $3.75

  * Orders over $10USD - $4.50 to $5
  

  * Orders over $60 ship free

   

  INTERNATIONAL: Currently available for the below countries:
  

  Please be advised that VAT is NOT collected on checkout and will have to be paid upon receipt of the item in your country.

  Once the item leaves the United States I will not have any ability to see where it is or track it. Please consult your local postal office if it arrives in your country but is not updated or delivered to your address.
  

  If there is an issue, it is best to consult your postal office sooner rather than later :)

• HOW DO I CONTACT YOU FOR QUESTIONS, ETC?

  You can email me here! Or, if you placed an order, you can reply directly to an "Order Placed" email. I try to respond within 24 hours or less

• WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

  * Shipping typically occurs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
  

   I tend to ship orders early morning, before 11AM. If there will be a delay in shipping I will notify via email!

• WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES (USA)?

  * Orders under $10USD - $3.75
  * Orders over $10USD - $4.75 to $5
  * Orders over $60 ship free
  

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Priority mail usually takes between 1 and 3 days

• International orders can take from 2 weeks to 2 months to arrive, depending on customs and your country's postal service.

• MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED?

  Sometimes USPS makes an oops! Usually when this happens, the order tend to show up the next business day; the post office might have mistakenly marked it as delivered. If not, please check with any neighbors or mail holding areas if you live in a complex. USPS can also locate the coordinates of the package if it happens to be mis-delivered.

• I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY EMAIL OR MAILING ADDRESS. HOW DO I FIX IT?

  Please email me as soon as the mistake is noticed. If it is within 24 hours, there is a good chance your order has not been mailed yet. Often times, if I notice something strange or a typo in an address I will email to confirm if it is correct before sending an order.

• WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

  I currently do not offer returns or exchanges from customer mistakes but I can provide replacements from postal mistakes. I do offer refunds/exchanges if I'm the cause of the mistake! If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact/email me!

• DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

   Sales tax will only be taken if you live in the state of North Carolina.

• DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ARTWORK COMMISSIONS?

  At this time I currently do not accept commissions for custom artwork. Sorry sorry!
